Uplift is an immersive 2-day summit where CHROs, CxOs, and other executives can connect with industry icons, renowned researchers, and world-class coaches
to share experiences, exchange ideas, and gain inspiration to move their businesses forward.

Inspired by the "Courageous Leadership" theme, the 2024 Uplift identity features bold imagery and the strategic use of a venn-diagram graphic to represent the layering of ideas and experts coming together. The primary visuals take cues from the conference's focus on research and learning. The detail and clarity in the textures provide a scientific, ‘under the microscope’ feel. The vivid colors add dynamic energy and depth and create a bridge to BetterUp’s primary brand so that the two brands can co-exist when necessary.

Uplift 2024 is a collaborative effort led by BetterUp’s Creative Director, Sofia Pona, and in partnership with BetterUp’s brand team. Together, we crafted an extensive visual system, developed a dynamic event website, produced printed promotional materials, and designed all on-site signage.
